This is an ultra rare test pressing containing an additional mix that has never appeared anywhere else. Tom was unhappy with the sound quality on the B side, so it was decided that Club Mix and Original Mix would be kept, while the Extended Mix would be taken off to allow for a better pressing of the B side.
